If you are not fully satisfied and wish to return a product for any reason contact our Customer Service department for assistance with a Return Authorization (R.A.) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please note that different products have different requirements, so please take a moment to review our return policy so we may best serve your needs.
While every effort is made to ensure you receive your order quickly and safely, occasional damage during shipping can occur. Upon receipt of your order inspect the packaging and contents as soon as possible. If you receive a damaged item please contact our Customer Service department within 10 days so we may facilitate a replacement or full refund.
Defective or Incorrect Item(s)
If your order is received with a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service department within 30 days so we may facilitate a full refund or replacement of the item(s) and issue an R.A. Returns without an R.A. will not be accepted.
Items shipped from our Discount School Supply Warehouse can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Furniture returns are covered under Drop Ship. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns past 30 days may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please contact our Customer Service department for assistance with obtaining an R.A. Returns without an R.A. will not be accepted.
Shipping Warehouse items to our Returns Department
After receiving your R.A. from Customer Service simply fill out the reverse side of your packing list and enclose it with your return shipment. If you no longer have your packing list, please enclose a note with your R.A. number. Please ship warehouse returns to the address below via UPS, Fed Ex or Parcel Post insured. If the item is too large to ship by these carriers, our Customer Service department will help make arrangements so that everything goes smoothly. Returns without an R.A. will not be accepted.

Drop Ship Returns
Items shipped directly from one of our manufacturers, and furniture items shipped from our warehouse can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. A manufacturer’s authorization for return is required. Restocking fees will be charged in accordance with the original manufacturer’s return policy, or a minimum of 15%. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact Customer Service for assistance with obtaining an R.A. Returns without an R.A. will not be accepted.
Tablets or other electronic devices may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Returned electronic devices must be unused and in their original packaging. Any returned electronic item that is damaged through customer misuse, missing parts or in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in restocking fees based on the condition of the product. Returns without R.A.’s will not be accepted.
If you cancel your order after it ships a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Items need to be returned within 30 days of receipt and in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Cancellation of Custom Items
If you place an order for a custom item and cancel it after 48 hours, you will be charged 15% of the order cost for those items.
All credits or refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item(s) being returned. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for any credits or refunds to appear on your statement.
